The main change in the Essentials license pack is:

• Ability to view Pay and Bill Times in Duty Filter

The main changes in the Service license pack focus on Forms, in particular the introduction of Scorable Forms:

• Forms - Scoring

• Service Desk - PDF Reports of Completed Forms

• Service Desk - PDF downloads enhancement when showing rating questions

• Service Desk - Display Score and Pass/Fail icon
