Service Desk - PDF Reports of Completed Forms
The following 02 min 06 sec clip shows you how to access, view and download a PDF report version of a completed form from within Timegate Web:
In Timegate Web 21.3, when accessing completed forms via the Service Desk, the user can view and download a PDF report version of the form and it's associated results. Before Timegate Web 21.3 you were not able to download a completed form as a PDF, but from this version onwards you will be able to view completed Tours, Incidents and Forms as a PDF file. To do this:

Open the Service Desk (Manage | Service Desk)

Select Completed in the Search Criteria

Select Search

Select the Form you wish to view. The form will open and you will be able to see all of the details, including the completed form

Select Download to view the PDF file

From your PDF viewer you will then also be able to save a copy of the form in PDF format
