Service Desk - Display Score and Pass/Fail icon

In conjunction with the new Forms scoring feature, Service Desk has been updated to include a filter enabling you to view records whereby the results of a form being completed is Pass, Fail or N/A. You can choose a combination of any or all of the three options when filtering. Additionally, two new columns have been added into the Service Desk display. The first column displays the score achieved on a completed form. The second column shows whether the completed form score was a Pass or a Fail.
