User Set Up (P3)

The following 2 min 17 sec clip shows you how to allocate a User Users are those individuals who are given access to use, administer and manage Timegate Web. Once set up and configured, Users are allocated both function and site roles. Users need to be allocated to Branches in order to see them, even if they have created the given Branch. to a Branch, and allocate their Function Role:

• Create the user

• Assign the user to branches/sites

• Assign function role(s) to the user
