What is Service?

Service refers to the optionally licensed, added functionality within Timegate Web that enables a company to:

  • Receive text- or image-based incident alerts from their staff whilst they undertake their duties
  • Send incidents to employees for information purposes and updating whilst on their duties
  • Provide employees with briefing notes about what has happened over the last twenty-four hours on a site
  • Share incidents between employees as they undertake duties
  • Create forms that can be completed during on an adhoc basis or at scheduled times during a duty. The employee can select to complete a form at any time, or may be required to complete forms under certain circumstances at certain locations as part of a tour or audit (see Forms (P30) for more information)
  • Devise tours comprising a series of locations upon a site. These can be used for proof of presence and capturing information as your employees progress through their shift. An employee undertakes a tour whilst on a duty. Their presence at certain points (locations) on the duty is proven using NFC (RFID) or QR technology. Additionally, your employees can attach forms to the tours for the collection of information relating to their duty
  • Devise audits comprising a series of locations upon a site. These can be used to check for quality, capturing information (question responses, notes and photographs) in forms as your employee progresses through their shift.
