Can I provide employees with information when they arrive at a location?

As your employees work around their tours, it is possible to provide them with location information at their point of arrival at the location. This is configured as follows when you are setting up your tour (How can I set up the Tours functionality?) After selecting Tour Locations and saving them, a will be displayed next to the location - select the to open the following screen:

  1. Select Force Notes - this will ensure that any notes are displayed on screen when the employee arrives at a location

  1. Enter the Notes you wish to be displayed at the location when employees arrive

  1. Select Save
