How do I run the Rate Generation check report (04-01-05)?

Follow these steps to run the report:

• Select Analyze | Reports
• Using the drop-down headings, locate the report (How do I access and run reports? if you are struggling)
• Select Rate Generation check report (04-01-05) to load up a three step Report Wizard
• Follow the Wizard
  • On Step 1 of 3, select what you wish to display, then select Next. Do not display the Site Group option
  • On Step 2 of 3, you can choose to run across a specific Date Range, or by Period. If using the Period method, select a Pay Period measurement (Weekly/2 Weekly/Monthly etc) and the Start Date of the pay period you wish to report on. Ensure the Phase is set to Pay/Bill. Once configured, select Next
  • One Step 3 of 3, if you wish to filter your results, select the filter from the Filter List. Do not select any of the Site Group related ones. Once a filter has been selected, select Run Report
  • The report will now be shown on screen
