What is a Sub Duty?

Sub Duties allow a contracted duty to be broken down into smaller duty segments. Sub Duties allow a contracted duty to be broken down into smaller duty segments. This may be for a variety of reasons. One example could be that a duty starts at 09:00 and ends at 17:00. There may be a requirement to have the same employee working across different sites whilst attracting different pay and charge rates depending upon where they are working. Sub Duties enable you to configure the system to manage this ensuring the correct amount of pay is paid, whilst the correct amount is billed to the customer too.
