How do I configure Call Settings for a Site?
The following 3 min 54 sec clip shows you how to configure the various call settings for your site.
From within the Set Up | Sites page, under the Call Settings tab you can set up a variety of settings for each individual site about:
- How calls are handled (at the simplest level in terms of when check calls and clocking on/off calls can be accepted in relationship to their scheduled times - in minutes)
 - Whether an employee needs to show a photo and/or ID card when booking on
 - How Items are arbitrated (what profile is used)
 - How Duties are automatically created (which profile is used)
 - Escalation Groups for Call alerts (who responds to what and when they will be notified)
 - Outbound Call Settings
 - GPRS location (where the site is located along with its Geofence)
 - T&A Device types (their pass codes)
