How can I set up the Telephone Numbers from which Calls are allowed?

The following 0 min 42 sec clip shows you how to set up your CallerID settings.

  • From within the Set Up | Sites page, under the CallerID tab, enter in the following information:
    • Telephone Number - The telephone number the employee calls into to book on and off their duty
    • 1st Chase - First number to call when using the Outgoing Calls functionality
    • 2nd Chase - Second number to call when using the Outgoing Calls functionality
  • Now, select Save

If you want to revert back to the last saved state, select Refresh.

If you want to delete a CLID Telephone Number, select the appropriate icon.
