How are Contacts and Escalation Groups added to a Site?

You can add Contacts and an escalation group to your site from the Contact Details tab. Simply enter the Site Contact Details (i.e. the main contact from your organisation on site) and/or the Client Contact Details in the spaces provided. Additionally, select Escalation Group for site related problems, using the drop down list. Once your details have been entered select Save.
