How do I make Site Groups visible?

By default, Site Groups are not visible in Timegate Web as many companies do not use them. To enable Site Groups (if you have the correct licensing and permissions, and plan to use them), you will need to open the Desktop Client and follow these steps:

 

 

  1. Select System Administration > System Settings On the External tab
  2. Select Use Site Groups (by default it will be clear)
  3. Select Save System Setting Changes on the leftmost corner of the Systems Settings toolbar
  4. Select OK

Sign out for the changes to take effect and then sign in
