How do I assign the views in Site Groups?
- Select Set Up | Site Groups.
- Select next to the Site Group that you wish to edit or view.
- Select the Views tab.
- From this tab, you can configure what calls at a group level you see in the Call Monitor View. Select what you wish to see using the check boxes,
- Select Save.
Note: When a view is left unselected, the calls from the given Site Group will not be included within the view when it is used to filter in the Call Monitor View
