How do I create a Contact?

The following 1 min 30 sec clip shows you how to create a Contact.

  • Open Set Up | Contacts
  • You will be presented with the General tab from which you will be able to create contacts for use with Customers, Branches, Sites, Incidents, Tours and Escalation Groups. In terms of completing the form, as a minimum:
    • Enter the Last Name of your contact
    • Select Type (either Customer or Other). If Other is selected, the contact is cannot be selected on a Site or for Customer. You may, however, choose to use of Other (i.e. a non-customer contact) to capture information about a third-party contractor who is not limited to a single customer but may still be related to a site and customer.)
    • Select the Customer’s name
    • Select Active
    • Enter an Email Address, Telephone number and Mobile number (one, two or all three)
    • Select Save
