Do I need to set the SMS Alert Window in the Outbound Call Profiles?

When you are setting up your Outbound Call Profile, you will see a field called SMS Alert Window. This field has nothing to do with chasing or escalating. It has simply been left on this screen following some design changes to Timegate Web's interface in the past. You do not heed to do anything to this value when configuring your Outbound Call Profiles.
