Where are Forms used today in Timegate Web?

Forms are used in conjunction with the Service Delivery Functionality of Timegate Web to capture and optionally score information in response to the questions that they comprise. They can be attached to:

  • Incidents in the Employee App for completion by employees on their Duties to capture key information associated with the Incident that they are recording
  • Service Profiles, so that when users are working on a Duty, they are able to record adhoc information for response by their control room
  • Tours, whereby, for example, different parts of the form become available for completion at different locations as the tour progresses
  • Audits, whereby, for example, different parts of the form are answered as needed to appraise previously completed work and collect evidence of standards
  • Entries in Manage | Service Desk, so that control room personnel can create, view and edit content stored in forms created by employees on Duties
