How do I set up Audit Skipped Reasons?

Audit Skipped Reasons are created from the Audit Skipped Reasons tab within the Admin | Service page. From this page:

  • Select Add

  • In Skipped Reason enter a descriptive name

  • Select Active i.e. the Skipped Reason will show up when logging the reason for failing to conduct an audit

  • Select Comments if the option is going to be given to the system user to add comments to the skipped reason during the audit

  • Select Default to make this audit skipped reason the default one when users record a skipped reason

  • Select Save
