What reports are useful when billing?

Depending on whether you want to report on billing information at a Branch, Customer or Site level, the following reports will show billing analysis:

• 04-01-01 Branch Summary (Bill Only)
• 04-02-01 Customer Summary (Bill Only)
• 04-04-01 Site Summary (Bill Only)

These reports can be run across a date range or pay period.

For each report you are able to change the phase that you want to report on. For example, reporting on the Pay/Bill phase will return billing records after arbitration. If you want to report on the billing records for the duty contracted times, you can select the contracted phase.
