What do my employees need before they use the system?

An employee will need the following before using Clock-in.com

• Telephone Number – Clock-in Number
• PIN – Employee Personal Identification Number

You should make sure that the employee has a valid shift for the site unless Auto Duty Create is being used.

If you allow employees to call Clock-in.com from any telephone, or have Auto Duty Create enabled in Timegate Web, your employees will also need a SIN (Site Identification Number). Under other circumstances, the Timegate Web system can recognize the employees site automatically.
