What do my employees need before they use the system?
An employee will need the following before using Clock-in.com
- Telephone Number – Clock-in Number
- PIN – Employee Personal Identification Number
You should make sure that the employee has a valid shift for the site unless Auto Duty Create is being used.
If you allow employees to call Clock-in.com from any telephone, or have Auto Duty Create enabled in Timegate, your employees will also need a SIN (Site Identification Number). Under other circumstances, the Timegate system can recognize the employees site automatically.
