How do I create a new Branch?

The following 1 min 7 sec clip shows you how to create a new Branch.

Follow the steps below to create a new Branch:

1. Select Set Up from Menu Ribbon

2. Select Branches from the sub menu (Select V to view/edit the last five branches)

3. Select New Branch from the side menu

4. Complete all mandatory sections of the screen as a minimum (those shown with an asterisk beside them):

  • Branch code for example FMTR001
  • Branch name for example FM Training Branch
  • An error message will be displayed if you do not complete all of the needed sections
  • Complete any additional information that you may want to store in the fields (e.g. SiteCard Template and Employee Template within the General Details area)

5. Select Save
