How are Missed Calls Managed at a Branch level?

The following 1 min 36 sec clip walks you through how to manage missed calls at a Branch level.

Clock-in.com is configured to automatically take any Missed or Check Calls from the Call Settings tab. Flexible Shift Profiles can also be assigned to a Branch from here.

  1. Go to the Call Settings tab (Set UpBranchMessages)
  2. If you want to make sure that missed calls are taken automatically, select the Auto Take Missed Calls? check box. The other settings on the screen will now be available to select:
    • Enter the time before the call is automatically taken into the Duration Before Call is Taken (hh:mm) box
    • Select Apply Duration to Check Calls? to add a duration to any calls that have been automatically taken
    • Select Auto Take Missed Check Calls? to make sure that if a check call is missed and isn’t taken by a certain amount of time it will be taken automatically
    • Enter the time before the call is automatically taken into the Duration Before Check Call is Taken (hh:mm)
  3. Select the Minimum Manning Profile.
  4. Select Save
  5. To remove changes without saving them, select Refresh

Note: You cannot access these settings until you have granted your User account access to the Branch
