How can I access the Message Log and what can I do from within there?

The Message Log can be found at the Monitor | Message Log page. From the screen you can send messages, search for email and SMS messages, view them and export them to CSV A CSV file is a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. It is a delimited text file that uses a comma to separate the values. Each line of the file is a seperate data record. These files are used to export/import data from one system into another files.
