Dashboard Description
Absence Pay

Gives a breakdown of absences across branches, sites and absence schemes. The “detail” part of the dashboard shows in text and graphical form the number of absence days over the selected period, together with the corresponding hours and pay value. In order to receive data in this module, users will require the Absence Module

Auto Vs Manual Calls

Displays Duty Call history, showing calls that were taken automatically compared to those being manually taken

Current Duty Statuses

Provides an overview of duties that have not been successfully completed and require some level of user intervention. The dashboard gives a visual display of duties that either require arbitration, are failed duties or are partially clocked (i.e. clocked in, but not clocked out)

Duty Call History

This dashboard shows employee time and attendance activities. It shows the sites and employees who made calls, the expected time and the actual time the calls were taken. Plus, if a call was manually taken the comments added by the control room staff are also visible. Using the filters, you can report on an abundant amount of calls and types

Duty Profit

The Duty Profit dashboard displays the customers that are making profit or operating at a loss on sites. The profit is calculated based upon the pay and bill rate generated data. If the profit is 0 then the pay and bill rates have cancelled themselves out and the business is operating at break-even

Event Status

In real time, this dashboard shows which employees are booked onto Events. The user can see the number of employees who have clocked on for an event, with totals by role and team. Additionally, you will be able to break this information down to an employee level. This ensures you know that the right number of people are in position at the correct time so that the event will run smoothly

Historic Duty Statuses

All historic time and attendance activity, including successful and failed clocks and the reasons behind this is shown within this dashboard

Profit Variance

This dashboard shows the variance in the profit for Gross and Net calculations. When calculating a Net Profit Variance, Profit is looked at holistically - a positive profit from one duty for example can be set against a negative profit (loss) thus partially or entirely cancelling it out. This analysis, hides the fact that there are variances overall. When these two values were “netted off” against each other, the site would not be highlighted as a problem when the user looks at the duty variances. For this reason, there is a second view of the business, This looks at the Gross Profit Variances (that are not “netted off” but instead added together). The Gross Profit Variances view will highlight areas of the business where there have been variances even when they have been “netted-off”. To identity major contributors to overall variances the user should focus on Net Variances, however, it is prudent to periodically look at Gross Variances to show where there is a lot going on, that gets “netted off”
