How do I configure arbitration for a specific site?

To configure arbitration for a specific site, you must go to the Set Up | Sites | Call Settings specific to a site - an example is shown below:

1. Select [...] to open the Pick Arbitration Profile page
2. Select the arbitration profile that you wish to use
3. If you are unsure of the way that the profile is configured, select to preview the profile
4. Once the arbitration profile has been selected, select Save
