The Notes Filter is a wizard that will let you choose which notes to view based on a series of search criteria. It is similar to the Duty Filter Wizard in that there are a variety of tabs and options to filter by. The filtered results are fed back to the user from within the Notes Log where they can view, update and clear any notes. There are four sections in the Notes Filter:

• Employees (the default page that is loaded up when Monitor | Notes Filter is selected)
• Sites filter
• General filter
• Help

Use the filters and their various options to find the notes that you are looking for. Select the note. You will then be presented with the notes details ready to edit/view.
