What is Call Monitor?

The Monitor | Calls page, referred to hereafter as the Call Monitor is a highly configurable real-time system used by supervisors, which displays (and accepts) all book on, book off and check calls at all stages of their progress, from the call being due to the call being finished.

Call Monitor provides you with the functionality to:

• Manually take a call
• Receive a call via telephone/biometric devices In the case of Timegate Web, Biometric Devices enable an employee to Book On, Book Off or make a check call using either their fingerprint or face recognition. This soution requires additional hardware to be used with Timegate Web.
• View the relevant branch, site group, site, customer or employee for a call
• Add/Edit/Delete a duty
• Allocate/De-allocate/Find the most suitable employee for a duty
• Filter which calls you wish to monitor, by either site and/or call type (On, Off or Check)
• Go to Duty view or Employee Diary
• View employee contact details
• Create notes
• Flag calls that have been escalated to management as being “Manager Aware”
• Raise an incident (requires Service An offering that enables you to plan, operated and monitor items such as tours and patrols. This integrated solution enables your employees to capture information as they conduct their tours using Forms.)
