How do I manually take an ON/OFF or Check call inside of the pre/post pay window?

The following steps will enable you to manually take an ON/OFF call from inside the pre/post pay window:

From within the Call Monitor, look at the different calls in the list. If a duty is inside of the pre/post window the Call Type will be highlighted in either white or yellow

  • Select the call, or multiple calls
  • Select Take Call
  • Select Optional Comments from the drop-down list
  • Select Take Call from dialog box. This will automatically book the call on, providing you book the call on within the Pre/Post time window. When you have booked the call on successfully the color of the ON field will change to green

Follow the above instructions for CHK calls.
