Setup: Site Groups - Group Views
How to get there: Set Up | Site Groups | Views
The Call Monitor View Tab is used to select if calls from the given Site Group are displayed in Call Monitor (under the defined views).
The individual Views are initially created from within the Call Monitor Views screen which is access by clicking on the Admin and then General menu choices.

These are the views that are available to be selected within Call Monitor to filter Calls |

Tick the individual boxes to ensure that the required calls from the individual Site Group are included within the Call Monitor View. When a View is left unselected, the Calls from the given Site Group will not be included within the View when it is used to filter what is displayed in the Call Monitor View |
Screen Actions
Save |
Click Save button to save the changes to the Site Group |
Delete Site Group |
Click the Delete button to delete the Site Group |
Refresh |
Click on the Refresh button to revert to the unsaved state for the Site Group |
View Branch |
Click on the View Branch button to open the Branch screen for this Site Group |
View Customer |
Click on the View Customer button to open the Customer screen for this Site Group |
