Service: Status Groups

How to get there: Admin | Service | Status Groups

Using the Status Groups tab, the user can set up groups for the status that they have created.

Tick to make active and available to use

 

Last Updated

Automatically system generated date for when system was last updated

Screen Actions

Add

Select Add to create a new Status Group, The following will be displayed:

  • Enter the group Name

  • Enter the Started date. This date must be in the future. Changes will not come into effect until this date is reached.

  • Align the various states to their associated statuses using [...] to select them

  • Select Active to make active and available to use when setting up Service Profiles

  • Select Save

  • To revert back to previous settings and not save changes, select Back
