Note and photograph support for exceptions
As part of the new Exceptions functionality the system can be further configured to force a user to enter a note, a photograph, or both accompanying their initial exception response. This will provide you with further evidence that can be given to customers to report problems and/or support actions your team may have made. After responding to a given question, the user completing the form on their mobile device will be prompted with:

"Why did you answer [response] to [question]?" to which they must provide some text based evidence to support their initial response

and/or " provide a photo for why you chose [response] to [question]" to which they must take a photograph as evidence to support their initial response
([reponse] is their exception response to the initial question that was asked [question])
