New functionality has been added to enhance the Service Delivery module in the latest release of Timegate Web, enable you to conduct customer audits. These can be either scheduled or adhoc inspections. Timegate Web's functionality supports your business when your team needs to undertake these for your clients, testing actual performance against standards whilst collecting proof of quality.
