Increased number of decimals on premium multipliers

This enhancement enables those who license the Finance pack to enter both Pay Rate Multipliers and Bill Rate Multipliers to 4 decimal places when configuring Premiums. This enhancement, therefore, enables you to enter values that represent percentages that are not whole numbers - for example, 12.25% can be entered as 0.1225, whereas this would not have been possible in the past. The fields are accessible within the Pay/Bill part of the Premium Maintenance screen (Admin | Finance | Premiums).
