Ability to Add/Edit/Remove Photographs from the Service Desk
The following 01 min 44 sec clip walks you though how to add/edit/remove a photograph from a form/incident that is in the state of either Started or In Progress from within the Service Desk:
This enhancement enables those Service Desk users in edit mode the ability to add or remove, and save a photograph for a photograph question type within a form or incident using the web interface. Service Desk users will also be able to draw on the photographs for forms and incidents using the web client. This works for both mandatory and optional photograph questions. The feature only works with forms that are either Started or In Progress.
