Updated Service Desk Filter and View to Support "Not Applicable" Question Responses
Following the introduction of the Not Applicable answer option for forms, the Score filters in Service Desk have been updated. Users can now select from the following Score filters: Failed, Passed, and No Score. Additionally, when No Score is selected as a filter, for those forms where Not Applicable has been given as a response to all questions, N/A will be shown in the Score column, whilst the Pass column is left blank. An example is shown below with the various Score filters selected including No Score and an example Form showing the N/A status:
