Showing Diary Event Comments in the Employee Portal

Within Timegate Web 21.4, those companies using the Employee Portal can enable their employees to see comments that have been entered against specific diary event types so that the employee is better informed.

The feature is enabled by selecting Show comment detail in employee portal when configuring diary events. This is done within Admin | General | Other Settings | Diary Events.

To enable diary event visibility:

• Open Admin | General | Other Settings | Diary Events

• Select the diary event whereby you wish the comments to be visible in employee portal

• Select Show comment detail in employee portal to enable it from under the Diary heading

• Select Save
