New Photo Question Type in Forms

Those companies using Forms can now benefit from a new question type called Photo. As the name suggests, when a question of this type is included within a form, the user must respond by capturing an image with their device.

The question type is created within Admin | Forms | Questions for adding into forms within Admin | Forms | Service Form. The screen shots below show the question type being defined (screen shots 1 and 2) and then included in a Service form, by dragging it from the Questions list into the appropriate Sections (screen shot 3).

When the user captures an image in their form, this can be viewed in the form that is viewed using the Service Desk (Manage | Service Desk)
