Pay Scheme Uplift (Pay Rate Increase)

The following 06 min 22 sec clip shows the enhancements made through the pay rates area that enables a user to make adhoc, bulk updates to employee pay rates using the new pay scheme rule. This change ensures that pay scheme uplifts (pay increases) can be executed at a Payroll Run Type, and Site Group level from a central location, rather than having to go into each employee record and manually adjust their pay rate. Only those employees for the chosen Payroll Run Types and selected Site Groups will be eligible for the Pay Rate increase when the scheduled uplift takes place. Other employees will remain the same as the rules do not target them.

Note: That in order to apply a minimum pay scheme ensure that the Uplift Min. Wage? for your employees is selected, on your employees pay details record (Set Up | Employees | Pay Details) Also, ensure that the employees details for their Payroll Run and Payroll Period are up to date.

Note: These changes will not affect the desktop client. It is recommended that customers do not use the Desktop Client for this feature in the future, only the web client.
