Ability to modify telephone service prompts for Booking On/Off, and Check Calls
More detailed error feedback is now available upon request, to give users of clock-in.com more meaningful prompts when a call fails. Historically, “That number was not valid” is played for all manner of scenarios. From Timegate Web Version 20.4 onwards, those companies using Version 3 of clock-in.com (the version that is menu driven e.g. Press 1 to Book on, Press 2 to Book off, etc) will have the option to hear message responses that have more meaning specifically for Invalid SIN, Invalid PIN, No duty found, Call type mismatch, Caller ID mismatch and Call taken outside time window.
