Description of Update
Prior to Timegate Web version 20.4, some customers have been using a customised data take on procedure to import site budget information into Timegate Web. From Timegate Web version 20.4, this functionality is available directly from within the product, via the Admin | Import | Data Take On screen. This provides customers with the ability to serve themselves without the need for support from TEAM Software by WorkWave. The Site Card Budget DTO works in exactly the same way as the other DTO options in terms of setup, operation and error reporting. Two new DTO Templates have been produced: Site Budget Import (daily) and Site Budget Import (weekly). The Templates are the same in the way they look. When completing, however, with daily you put in the hours and amounts day-by-day, whereas with weekly, the hour and amounts are entered by week commencing. The Site Identification value (which by default is SIN) can be configured on request to be alternatively Site Code, External Reference, or Source ID (Public Table).
