Ability to Assign a Location to an Incident
The following 2 min 16 sec clip talks you through how to assign a location to an incident using the Employee App, and then how to see the incident details in both Site View and through the Service Desk.
It is now possible (if you have a Service license) to attach location information to an incident when using the Eployee App. It's a great feature in that it enables you to accurately see which location the incident has happened on.
If an incident occurs, the user of the Employee App raises the incident on their smart device. When logging this, they will be prompted "No Location Assigned". Select the location of choice from those provided and submit.
The incident and associated location can then be seen in the duty that the tour related to (using Site View) or through the Service Desk.
