Limit/Restrict Access To Employee Diary Absence Figures
The following 2 min 24 sec clip shows you how the employee diary looks before and after absence figures are removed from view. It also demonstrates to you how to use Function Roles to remove visibility of the Absence Figures from the diary.
Description of update
From Timegate Web Version 20.3, a new feature has been introduced that enables the restriction or limiting of access to who can see the absence figures in the employee diary. These figures are by default shown in the top right hand side of the screen. Their access can be restricted through the use of Function Roles (specifically Employee Diaries | Employee Diary Absence Values).
