Employee Portal Duty Request Auto Approval

This feature allows for the automatic approval of duty requests made by employees using the Employee Portal. This will save you administrators/controllers time that they could use more productively on other tasks. To support this, when creating new rules, Duty Request - Request and Duty Request - Approve can be configured in Admin | Engagement | Automation Rules. These rules can then be used to create a Automation Rule Profile (general automation settings within the screen Admin | Engagement | Automation Settings.
