Timegate Web

Enhancement

  • Previously, the To Do tiles did not filter open tasks for Sites or Employees by date. Instead, they displayed the total of all open posts. Selecting the tile would also not generate an initial search on page load of the TaskList page. This has been enhanced in the following ways:

    • Max Age value can be set in UserSettings for Employee and Site tasks. This value sets how many days back the Tile looks when getting numbers, e.g. setting the value to 30 makes the tile find all tasks that are open going back 30 days from today.

    • Tiles use Max Age to calculate how far back to look.

    • Selecting the tile now loads the TaskList page with the search being automatically run, using the same settings as the tile (e.g. 30 days). [#254442]

System Change

  • An update was made to improve the speed of loading and saving a site’s Post Pay options. [#252712]

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused the pay finish time to be set earlier than the pay start time for employees who were scheduled on flexible shifts. This affected the finish time calculation in the arbitration process handled by the calls plugin. [#244937]

  • Fixed an issue with “period locking” where, if multiple lock jobs were created quickly enough and contained a large number of potential shifts to lock, they could run at the same time instead of one by one. This in turn caused records to appear in a locked period for shifts that were outside of the intended date range of the job, the records for both jobs becoming mixed. [#246923]

  • Fixed an issue with report 04-05-12 (Employee Duty Exception Report) where, when the name of the site plus the text extension exceeded 50 characters in length, an error would occur. The report has been modified to allow for the site name to be the maximum allowed in the UI (50 characters) plus the public holiday suffix. [#248969]

  • Fixed an issue with report 01-05-13 (Earnie IQ Employee Interface) where, when running the report, users could see more employees than they were allowed to. [#244283]

  • Fixed an issue in report 02-04-07 (Site Schedule Weekly View - Actuals) regarding the ordering of data. When users tried to order the data by either "Site Group Code" or "Site Group Name", it was incorrectly ordering by "Customer Code" instead. [#255075]
