Enhancement

  • Added the capability for users to import payslips using employee pay codes instead of the employee PIN. [#224280]

  • Fixed an issue where the diary's remaining holiday amount was incorrect for the next year. [#211191]
  • The 01-04-12 - Site Card Budget - Review report displayed a time-out error message when viewing a one-month date range. Added performance improvements to fix this. [#220680]
  • Fixed an issue where the Start Current and End Current times on the 01-06-33 - Diary Event Audit Report displayed in the incorrect time zone. [#221354]
  • Fixed an issue where shift patterns were adding an extra day when the site card contract was edited. [#221357]
  • There was an issue where employees were able to take more basic holiday absence time than the system was set up for. This has been fixed. [#223784]
  • Fixed an issue where the Site Card Contract Times tab was not loading the shift details. [#224719]
  • Amending and deleting duties were not logged at the correct time of occurrence on the employee Diary. This has been fixed. [#193792]
  • Fixed an issue where two-day public holiday duties failed to rate generate. [#204734]
  • There was an issue where rate generation failed due to multiple absence rules on the same diary event. Added validation to the employee Absence tab to allow only one general absence rule. [#179426]
  • Fixed an issue where the diary event hours were incorrect based on the employee shift pattern. [#224303]
  • When employees were hired part-way through the holiday year and moved to an accrued rule type, the holiday time calculation was incorrect. This has been fixed. [#225034]
  • Fixed an issue where holidays did not have the correct timespan on the employee dairy page when the event was booked for multiple days. [225071]
  • Email incident notification reports were not displaying images in the downloaded PDF. This has been corrected. [#221240].
  • Fixed an issue where specific filters used in the Queues window were limiting the records to a one-week time frame. [#189635]
  • There was an issue where manual rotaloading was causing errors. This has been fixed. [#226191]
  • Fixed an issue with the 05-07-03 - Timegate Sage Payroll Interface report which had a rounding error for those who arbitrate to the minute. [#229201]
  • There was an issue where users could not remove a site from a site role. This has been fixed. [#222809]
  • Fixed an issue where users could not unrotaload a site with worked duties and service items attached. [#223794]

Fix

  • The incorrect Customer Name was displayed on the Site Info page. This has been fixed. [#215080]

Employee Portal

Fix

  • Fixed an issue where a confirmation message was not displaying when users opened an external link through the Diary tile when creating a duty. [220979]
