Timegate Web

Enhancement

• The Site Branch and Employee Branch options have been added as options on the Task List Configure Grid. [#213851]

System Changes

• Since Microsoft is deprecating the Azure Media Services product, the following changes have occurred in Timegate:

  • Uploading media on the Admin > General tab is no longer available.

  • The video news in the Employee Portal is modified to point to an external source.

  • Site Related Media in the site document library is modified to point to an external source.

• When an employee is removed from multiple conflicting duties all duties affected will now receive a removal audit record. [#213778]

Fixes

• The duty Pay/Bill rates and totals were incorrectly rounding the second decimal digit. This has been fixed. [#201678]

• The system was figuring holiday pay based on the date/time of the duty instead of basing it on the site group. Since site groups can have different holidays and hour types, at times the calculation was based on the incorrect holiday schedule. This has been fixed. [#205461]

• There was an issue where users could not modify the duty when the duty was on the same date that the employee had for termination. This has been fixed. [#207299, #216132]

• When assigning an employee to a site's contract time we had an issue where the system would not generate the employee's shift pattern correctly if the employee's branch was different from the site's branch. This has been fixed. [#207732]

• Shift patterns were not calculating a record for the last day of the year when the employee shift pattern was set up as “Derived”. This has been fixed. [#208564, #209133]

• There was an issue that allowed diary events to be edited to a previous holiday period. This has been fixed. [#209549]

• We had an issue where overnight absence balance calculations of contracted hours and working days were not working correctly. This affected the employee Absence Set Up page. This has been fixed. [#211326]

• The Service Desk was not saving the form answers to questions when the form had a list of questions that were too long. This has been fixed. [#211466]

• There was an issue where the Site Card Contract Wizard caused contracts to be created with blank slot numbers. This was happening when the “Group Contract By” was set to “Employees” or “None”. This has been fixed. [#212464]

• The “01-05-02 Employee Details” report search filter was not displaying the drop down list results. This has been fixed. [#215161]

• The “04-05-18 - Rate Generated Duty Comments” report was excluding duties with comments if the comments were added when the duty was created. This has been fixed. [#217166]

• A permissions check at application start-up inadvertently allowed how the application redirects between pages and it rendered repeated null exception references. This has been fixed. [#217782]

• The Site filter on the “06-01-02 - Timelink Activity” report was not returning accurate results. This has been fixed. [#216852]

• There was an issue where the “01-06-17 - Audit Report Employee” report was not returning the appropriate records when using the “Employee - Site Banned” Add filter. This has been fixed. [#209553]

• The duty audit record was incorrect when users added a sub duty to a duty. This has been fixed. [#212940]

• There was an issue that was causing diary event calculation errors on absences where the payment method rule was set to "Average Hours/Site Rate". This has been fixed. [#213206]

• An error message was displaying when users attempted to upload .msg and .eml file types to the Site Card Document Library. This has been fixed. [#214372]

• The “03-05-16 - Employee Pay With Absence” report was not displaying diary events when filtering by “Site Group”. This has been fixed. [#217965]

• There was an issue where an error message was preventing users from extending diary events. This has been fixed. [#208658]

• There was an issue that prevented users from viewing the filter results on the Employee HR Tasks tab when the HR Type drop down was set to blank. This has been fixed. [#213601]

• Tour alerts user notifications set up with derived escalation groups were not sending out the completed patrol report emails. This has been fixed. [#216995]

• Users were receiving an error message when they were uploading a document to a site. This has been fixed. [#219866, #220395]

Employee Portal

Fix

• The employee portal was not displaying the Event Role when the users were completing a Search for Work search. This has been fixed. [#216191]
