Timegate Web

System Update

  • Tasks on the Task page no longer load automatically after opening the page. Now users need to use the search button to load the tasks. The date range filter now defaults to a month instead of a year. [#205423]

Enhancements

  • We added a new Branch - Employee filter for the 03-05-02 Employee Duty Analysis report. This filter displays only shifts for employees that belong to the branch selected. We also updated the names of two filters: Branch filter is now named Branch - Site and the Branch Code filter is now named Branch Code - Site.[#202875]

  • We improved the auto-arbitration process to increase performance when processing large data sets.[#203928]

  • We added a 750m and 1000m distances to the Geofence GPS Location drop down. We also removed the Small, Medium and Large drop down options to be consistent with the other options. [#206188]

Fixes

  • We had slow loading on the Task page. The fix has resulted in a change to the behavior of the task screen. Tasks will no longer load automatically after opening the Task page. Users need to use the search button to load the tasks. The date range filter now defaults to a month instead of a year. [#205423]

  • We had an issue where the total number of site contracted weekly hours were not correct. This has been fixed. [#174079]

  • When using basic holiday absence, we had an issue where if an employee is hired prior to the previous holiday year and leaves the company in the previous holiday year, the accrued days were calculated incorrectly. This has been fixed. [#187175]

  • We had an issue where the 03-05-08 - Employee Provisional Pay report was not correctly exporting the data when using the .csv format export option. Column headings were incorrect and duplicate rows were being produced. This has been fixed. [#190110]

  • The Contract Wizard was slow in navigational response. We fixed this by changing the way the data loads. [#190383, #201117]

  • We fixed an issue in 3-5-16, 5-32-1 and 5-7-6 reports where the data was grouped by hour types instead of by holidays. [#196455]

  • We were displaying an error message when users were attempting to unrotaload duties with forms that had submissions. This has been fixed. [#200778]

  • We had an issue with security where when a user had access to multiple function roles the branch filtering on the function role did not work correctly and users were able to see User Field values for employees they should not have seen. This has been fixed. [#202888]

  • Users were not able to create arbitrarily scheduled sub-duties with different start and end times for the pay and bill phase and the actual phase when it was outside the actual time frame. This has been fixed. [#203139]

  • We fixed an issue which caused meal breaks to be removed from duties when a user edited duties and they did not have access to meal breaks. [#203140]

  • We had an issue that was over-calculating the amount of overtime. This caused the overtime pay to be inaccurate. This has been fixed. [#203605]

  • We had an issue that was causing the 03-04 report numbers to wrap to the next line because one of the report descriptions was too long. We fixed this and now the report numbers remain on the same line. [#203702]

  • We had a bug that was causing diary event calculations to double the pay duration when the employee worked more than one shift per day. This was happening when an employee was assigned to a rule with derived entitlement with a standard payment method. This has been fixed. [#203961]

  • The 01-06-25 - Unlocked Duties report was failing due to time out issues when processing high data loads. We made improvements to update the process to run more efficiently and now time outs are less likely to occur. [#204079]
