Enhancement

  • Added a Show Hours in Decimal Format option to the 03-05-16 - Employee Pay With Absence report. [#233996]

Fixes

  • There was an issue where the pay and bill duty start time of events defaulted to 00:00 instead of the correct time. This has been fixed. [#225024]

  • The Contract Wizard was slow in navigational response. We resolved this by changing the way the data loads. [#225740]

  • Corrected issues with the 01-04-12 - Site Budget - Review report:

  • An error was returned when users ran the report. [#230032]

  • The report did not return the hourly rates from the latest phase. [#231588]

  • Users received an error when attempting to lock and close financial periods. This has been fixed. [#230219]

  • Resolved an issue where the worked hours were incorrectly calculated when the shift pattern was blank. [#230370]

  • For customers who access the database directly, there was an issue where the data warehouse dwBranchesPublicHolidays and dwSiteGroupsPublicHolidays tables were not displaying all the records when queried. This has been corrected. [#219642]

  • In certain situations, the diary events Paid Hours on the diary event creation page displayed average hours, instead of contracted hours. This has been resolved. [#222125]

  • Fixed an issue where users without duty edit bill line access had an issue where saving the duty after arbitration made the bill start/finish times set to the pay start/finish times. [#184915]

  • The 02-04-14 - Site Schedule Weekly View - Paid report did not display any information. This has been corrected. [#165085]

  • Resolved an issue where the duty's actual finish times were before the actual start time. [#225764]

  • Fixed an issue where when searching in the service desk, tours did not display the correct end date set. [#226955]

  • Removed an error that displayed when users attempted to swap employees on duties. [#227190]

  • Corrected issues with the 03-05-16 - Employee Pay With Absence report:

  • An incorrect site was assigned to some records. [#227403]

  • Not all records were displayed when employees worked the same site on the same day. [#227645]

  • An issue with absence rule calculations resulted in incorrect period times. This has been fixed. [#227726]

  • Resolved an issue where the total hours were incorrect on the 05-07-03 Timegate Sage Payroll Interface report for customers who round to the minute. [#229201]

  • Fixed an issue where the 09-05-08 - Employee Holiday Balances report returned an error when the employee hourly rates were set with a value too high. [#229591]

  • Adjusted the stored values in the DutyRates.Hours table to ensure shift values are logged correctly. [#229309]
