Timegate Web

Enhancement

  • We added an Apply Greater of Basic/Average toggle to the payment settings of absence rules. This option is available for average absence types when the Apply Min Wage option is selected. When this new option is selected it ensures the calculated average rate never drops lower than the minimum basic pay rate. [#207876, #209001]

  • When the Apply Greater of Basic/Average toggle is selected, a new Show Calculation button displays on the Pay/Bill tab of the absence diary event. When the Show Calculation button is clicked, it downloads a .csv file with the calculation steps the pay engine went through to figure the paid absence rate. [#208718]

System Changes

  • We added an Hour Type Code/Description and Duty Approved filters to the 05-07-04 - Sage Invoice Interface and 05-07-16 - Sage Invoicing - By Duty and Rate reports. [#209167]

  • To help with usability, the system now checks to ensure the Bill Start, Bill Finish, Pay Start, and Pay Finish columns are showing on the Duty Filter page before displaying the Arbitration button. If the columns are not showing, the Arbitration button will not display for use. [#208477, #206210]

Fixes

  • We fixed an issue that was causing the Default User option to not bold highlight in the Setting pane when selected. [#209390]

  • An error message was being returned when users tried to download service desk forms that had an emoji on them. To fix this we now remove any emojis on a form before downloads. [#199499, #189688]

  • We had an issue where longer customer names were overlapping the Select Customer button on the Site Groups page. We fixed this by adding an ellipse to the end of longer customer names to ensure the Select Customer button displays properly. [#199640]

  • The 01-04-14 Site Contract Planning - Excel report was returning an error for premise-based customers when running as a Crystal Report. This has been fixed. [#208097]

  • We had an issue where the Transaction date range filter was not working on the 05-07-04 - Sage Invoice Interface and 05-07-16 - Sage Invoicing - By Duty and Rate reports. We fixed the code issue and added an Hour Type Code/Description and Duty Approved filters to the reports. [#209167]

  • When using small displays, we had an issue that was causing the Slot To Display field to overlap text with the Project field on the Contract Times tab of the Sites page. This has been fixed. [#207123]

  • We had an issue where the Arbitration button was not responding on the Duty Filter page when the Bill Start, Bill Finish, Pay Start, and Pay Finish columns were set to hidden. Since these columns need to be displayed to use the Arbitration button we made a system change to check to ensure these columns are visible before displaying the Arbitration button. If the columns are not displayed, the Arbitration button will not display for use. [#208477, #206210]

  • We had an issue where holiday hours were not being calculated for an employee's diary event when they should have. We fixed the code to link the correct absence rule to generate the holiday hours. [#186904]

  • We fixed an issue where the rate calculation process was not working correctly for meal breaks and the overtime pay computed for some of the regular time duration. [#183885]

  • We had an issue where the rate calculation process was not working correctly and overtime hours were being paid at the regular rate. We fixed this by changing the calculation that controls the overtime period and basing it on the duty split rule on the system/branch level. [#207244]

  • We had an un-rotaloading issue with the derived escalation groups where the task was not being assigned to the correct escalation group. This has been fixed. [#207038]

  • The employee User Fields page was returning an error message when a field had decimal length longer than the field length allowed. This has been fixed. [#209069]

  • The employee User Fields page was returning an error message when users added a user field and then deleted it. This has been fixed. [#209070]

  • We fixed an issue where the Arbitration button was not displaying when you navigate to the Duty Filter page. [#213306]

  • Rotaloaded flexible shift finish times had incorrect finish date/times. This has been fixed. [#171313]

  • We had an issue where the map times were behind by 12 hours and not following the time zone set for the branch/system settings. This has been fixed. [#169247]

  • We had an issue where incident reports were not able to be downloaded when the attached service form was not published. This has been fixed. [#206419]

Timegate Web Mobile Employee App

System Change

  • We removed the Emoji button for use with forms. [#199499]

Employee Portal

Fix

  • In search for work we had an issue that was allowing employees to view duties that overlapped with a shift they were already scheduled for. This has been fixed. [#206888]
