Note: These release notes are in a draft status until the release. There could be additions, changes, and deletions to them until the release date.

This topic includes release items for the legacy version of Timegate Web, Employee Portal, Employee Mobile App and the Location Manager Mobile App.

Timegate Web

Enhancements

  • We increased the email message templates to allow over 5000 characters. [#201270]

  • We added auditing for the Employee Document Library tab. The auditing displays the information in the 01-06-39 Audit Report - Employee General Documents report. This report tracks and displays activity completed on the Web and the Employee Portal. The details in the report provide the date/time of an upload, open and download and which employee completed the activity. [#200013]

Fixes

  • We fixed an issue where the Delete and Cancel buttons on the employee record could not be clicked if the employee name had too many characters. [#179918]

  • We had an issue where if a diary event was locked and then re-rate generated, the existing duty rate records were displayed and the new duty rate records were also being displayed, resulting in duplicate duty rate records. This has been fixed. [#183791]

  • We had an issue that was causing employee contract duty rates to display duplicates when you switched out employees. This has been fixed. [#184439]

  • We fixed an issue where when the Site GPS Location Geofence field was set to Unlimited it was not displaying in Timegate Web. [190187]

  • We had an issue where we were returning an error message and not allowing users to add additional Counties/States in the Employee Settings. This has been fixed. [#193100]

  • We had a issue where GPS failures in the T&A Monitor were displaying "Age: 100" in the message string when there was an invalid age. We fixed this and now the system only displays the age when a valid GPS check is made and it doesn't display an age when it is invalid. [#193391]

  • We had a issue that was calculating extra duty hours when the employee was scheduled for more than one duty on the same day. This has been fixed. [#198536]

  • We had an issue where users were receiving an error and they were unable to create a new site card. This has been fixed. [198988]

  • For customers who have Site Groups disabled, we had an issue where longer customer names were overlapped with the Pick Customer button and prevented it from being clicked. We fixed this by allowing the customer name value to wrap to the next line instead of overlapping the button. [#199382]

  • We had an issue that was displaying an error when the user attempted to view the employee details and the County and State values were set without a Country value. We fixed this by adding a process to delete out the County and State values if there is no Country set. [#199775]

  • We had a issue where the Rates button on the Site Card page was referencing the incorrect security item. This issue affected the Rates dialog box and produced an error when selecting it even though the user had a function role with Basic Bill Rate access. We fixed this and now they can correctly interact with rates. [#200366]

  • We fixed an issue where arbitration was taking a long time to process and timing out. This has been fixed. [#200731]

  • We fixed an issue where notification emails were not being sent out to employees once a requested shift was either approved or not approved. [#200783]

  • The 03-04-12 - Site Contract Variance report was returning both active and terminated sites with no way to exclude the terminated sites. We added a new Is Contract Terminated filter to the report to allow the user to exclude terminated sites from the results. [#202740]

  • We fixed an issue where duty rates were not updating correctly when replacing an employee during the scheduled or operational phase of a duty. [#201698]

  • We had a issue where the Branch view filter was not working correctly, as it was displaying all employees and duties from all branch sites and not following the site role limitations. We fixed the filter to ensure only the duties associated with sites that the user has access to now display. [#200784]

  • We had a issue where the start and finish times of employee diary events were displaying only the first duty when an employee was scheduled to work two duties on a holiday. We fixed this and now the diary displays the start time of the first contracted duty and the finish time of the last contracted duty. [#188183]

  • We fixed an issue where the Monitor menu option was not displaying for users that only had the Map and Incoming Message role security access. [#202020]

  • We had an issue where Customer User Fields were not displaying the full 100 characters of the field value. This has been fixed. [#199571]

  • We had an issue where holiday absences were being included when calculating averages in absence rules. This has been fixed. [#198455]

  • We were displaying an error message on the Site Data Role page because the Site Role Name and Description fields were not allowing enough characters. This has been fixed. [#177142]
