New Look Duties & New Duty Indicators

The new look duties that have been implemented in Site View (Plan | Sites) have also been introduced in Diary View and Branch View (Plan | Branches) to make the duties easier to read. These duties look much cleaner, with crisper larger fonts and larger cells on their respective screens now.

Additionally, two new duty indicators have been introduced across these screens and the Site Teams view:

• Employee Booked on Duty (i.e they are booked on but not yet booked off)
• Employee Automatically Booked Off (i.e. they did not properly leave their duty)

Both new indicators are shown on the duty and are also displayed in the Duty Legend.

If an employee’s duty is showing as Employee Automatically Booked Off (i.e. the Employee has not properly left their duty), when the duty is edited, a Confirmed Time is available for selection. Once selected, it will gray out. Exit the duty edit page, re-load it and the Employee Automatically Booked Off icon will disappear.
